Lympne Castle is only a few miles from junction 11 of the M20
and is easily reached by car. The journey time from central
London is approximately an hour and a half. The Castle can
also be reached from London by train - services depart from
Charing Cross and Waterloo East to Ashford International.
The nearest local station is two miles away at Sandling which is 10 minutes from Ashford International.
For international
connections Gatwick airport is just over an hour’s drive and
Ashford International Station is less than half an hour away
(M20, junction 10).
Directions:
Exit the M20 at junction 11 and take the A20 to Hythe and
Ashford. Take the road signposted Lympne (just past the
A261 for Hythe) after 1/2 a mile the T junction turn left, then
next right, signpost to Lympne Castle, follow lane and park
in car parking area adjacent to church.
